- Develop relationship with clients
- Assist buyers with obtaining financing
- Show and market homes to potential buyers
- Write offers and follow through the closing process
Sales Coordinator (will require some nights & weekends): We're looking for a Sales Representative to follow up on phone and internet leads for inbound home purchases and sales. You'll join our current group of enthusiastic employees, and work directly with and an experienced Sales Coordinators to learn more about our system.
- Identify and qualify prospects through various telemarketing activities (required to make multiple & frequent outbound calls to prospects, and ensure that the appropriate follow ups are made)
- Maintain relationships with prospects
- Educate prospects on the homebuying or selling process
- Prepare weekly activity reports on lead quantity and quality
Required skills and experience
- Great attitude, ambitious, and energetic
- Related experience in real estate sales
- Real estate lice
- Abilitity to clearly communicate (orally and in writing) with sales teams and management, on lead generation and sales activities
- Familiarity with email, internet, Innovia (or similar MLS system), Top Producer (contact management) and Microsoft products
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
