About our Rental Dept...
The Residential Group currently manages around 100 rentals. We handle our rentals as if they were our own properties.
Our promise to our tenants:
1. We promise to be available to you if a maintance issue should arise.
2. We will always try to take care of all maintenance issues as promptly as possible.
3. We promise to treat you honestly and fairly.
Our promise to our property owners:
1. We promise to work as hard as possible to procure an acceptable tenant.
2. We promise to give you an accounting of all monies.
3. We cut checks by the 2nd Thursday of the month. (remember, if your tenant hasn't paid, we can't pay you. Just know we are pursuing legal actions.)
4. We promise to communicate with you if any repairs need to be made.
5. We promise to take care of your property as if it were our own.
What we expect from our tenants:
1. Please remember the property you are renting is someone else's home and investment, please take care of the home as if it were your own.
2. If something breaks please report it to us immediately so that we can have it repaired. If it is a normal maintenance issue it will be at the seller's cost.
3. Please respect your neighbors.
What we expect from our property owners:
1. Even though you own the property you are currently leasing out, it is still the tenant's home. Please respect that. If you would like to view your property while you are in town, please call our office. By law, we will need to give the tenants 24-hour notice.
2. Please know that as a property owner, there will be unforeseen repairs that will happen, please be sure to allot money for regular maintenance repairs to be made.
